I have been meaning to go to ikea but it is a bit of a drive away.

We discovered today, after buying several trays of bedding plants on a 4 for £10 (or £3 each) offer, that the diamond card wednesdays 10% discount no longer applies on already discounted offers and multibuys. I've just signed up for a b&q club card which says i'll get a voucher for £5 when i spend £30, i'm assuming i won't get £5 for every £30 i spend, that would be very generous! I understand there is a pensioners discount card/day, does anybody know anything about it? Hi we're having a b&q bathroom designer round next week to quote on redoing our entire (small) bathroom.

So they advise this is a complaints line, yet its the very staff and process i am complaining about who are answering my call.
